Today I woke up groggy and I think i am home alone... But Is okay because I got my new pajama on, a good book to read, and a blog post to start writing. Wait no... Someone is home....
The Day After Christmas as a child was always a bit of a weird day. Because the excitement and thrill of actual christmas is over, but you still had all your toys to play with or Hello Kitty tea cup alarm clock to set up (One of my most favorite christmas presents I ever received). Now that i'm older, part of me still wishes we could it all over again. But Really the things I got can be and should be used everyday for, well, a long time.
Christmas is very often looked over by the true meaning, but what seems to bother me the most is that people tend to look over it all year. Christ' birth is a life altering event many people only allow to effect them twice a year. Christmas Eve, and Christmas.
okay rant over.....
Any ways, what I like to do on the "Post-Christmas" day is tidy up, have my room organized and put together. Today I have more than a healthy amount of laundry to do and cookies to eat.. Okay maybe i don't HAVE to eat cookies, but might as well right. My house is filled with cookies, and scottish shortbread. Which is half good and half dangerous to my health.
Now...The rest of the day was spent in between my house, ulta, and my pajamas. Way too much of Vampire Diaries cause why not.
Other than that, Christmas decorations are all down, and I will try my very best to have pictures posted tomorrow night on day 3!
