Anxiety Busters.

Anxiety is one of those things that you don't see coming until you are sitting there, your brain is spinning over the millions things you have to do, yet you can't manage to get up and do them. You feel like everything you do is not good enough and i like to compare anxiety to when you're trying to say something important and you know what you have to say yet overtime you begin to talk you get cut off, again and again and you're eyes are wide and your heart is racing and nothing is going your way.
What i have done here is compiled a list of a few different ways that I find to help with these anxiety attacks or episodes.

1. Shower.
Cleaning off the day is soothing and relaxing. I like to dim the lights and shower in silence. Not even soft music can cut it. Too much competing with my brain.

2.Pray
ultimately God is walking with you always and he is there for you. Reach out to him.

3. Clean your room and organize something.
Having a clean and organized area to be in feels lighter and more put together while your brain is doing loops of craziness.

4.Eat a snack.
You have two choices for this one. I like to go for a healthy snack (Popcorn, vegetables, etc) Because usually eating bad is an added source of anxiety to my day. But then again, it doesn't get much better than a bowl of ice cream or a couple pieces of chocolate.

5.Be creative.
Whether its painting or drawing or designing, or writing get those crazy thoughts out of your head and onto another surface. For example, Im writing this to help clear my head.

6.Water.
Drinking water is the best thing for a person.

7. Make a list.
If you are overwhelmed by everything going on in your life, sometimes just writing a to do list really helps smooth things out and gets your brain in check.

I hope these may help you, and if you have some other ideas or other tricks that work for you, leave them in the comments to help someone out.
