Second Semester

Second Semester of your first year of college is a weird experience. Because you've done it once, so you have a tad bit of confidence in yourself then you go through the first day (My least favorite day by far). I still have those fears of course, that I can't do it. that I will fail, and will have to find an alternative to college. (So far my parents have shot down exotic dancing)

You'll see people you sat near in your Econ class, or you comp class and you kind of glance at each other as if like your acknowledging that you once shared a similar seating arrangement about a month ago, but no conversations happened then and no need for them to happen now.

Its an awkward stage in your life when you're still young, figuring life out, yet your entire independence isn't quite there, despite how much you want it one day, but then the next day you couldn't be happier when you don't have to go to the grocery store or cook dinner, etc.

It's confusing. It's complicated. It's Annoying. It's an adventure.

A few weeks ago I posted a blurb from a novel I wrote and got awesome feedback, (Thanks by the way). And I actually have written a sequel to that novel. Which consist of and 18 years later scenario that is Played out by two Characters, Elliot (The Daughter) and Ezra (The Northern boy). I have been wanting to go back and rewrite it and work more on some of the plot holes.

Which leads me to my trip to Target today. I found These notebooks that came in a pack. And as you can guess it reminded me about my story that I had worked so hard on. So as I fill these notebooks I will be uploading snippets of it and maybe one day I can see my work published.

I find these notebooks to be perfect for what I am doing to keep organized with my writing. It keeps the sections clear and make pre-writing planing more simply and easier to handle and actually be productive within writing. Then again I find that I do my best writing when its unwarranted and totally just spur of the moment. My first novel I wrote consisted of sitting down, being excited for vacation and writing a story I thought would be interesting to experience.

If you write, Let me know how you like to keep organized!

Working out v.s sleeping in

hellooooo!

It is 7:30 in the morning and I'm about to head out the door to the gym for the 4 day this week.

Now I'm not a morning person. But I wish I was. Waking up before the sun and drink your coffee as it finally does rise. Now that's ideal. And something I'm working on.

Waking up early to go to the gym versus waiting until after the whole day is done I find to be more beneficial, physically and mentally.

Waking up early and working out leaves you with this sense of accomplishment all day. And if you busted your butt that morning you aren't going to want to ruin that workout with candy or sugar.

Now I'm sat on a bike machine thing, wearing a sweatshirt and melting.

Personally, I find that if I wait until night time to workout I feel this responsibility to burn off calories you are the ought the day and then easily get discorgulaged by the workou I do complete. So starting fresh in the morning is ideal, that is if I manage to get my butt out of my overly soft and comfy bed.

Let me know your workout preferences!
