Here are questions I, probably among others, ask and never get an answer to.
1. Why is this stupid book so expensive and why did I need to buy it. seriously. we opened it THREE times this whole semester. 2. Why is food so expensive. Im not made of money, and need more discounts at chipotle or on energy drinks. 3.Why are you sitting in my seat?! You know dang well that was my seat, and it takes you three weeks and a butt already sitting in the seat for you to decide to take it? 4.How did I end up watching a video about how to wrap christmas presents efficiantly? 5. What do you mean you didn't make a syllabus? 6. why 7.WHY

This is probably expected but I can not believe i'm starting my second year of college. Im half way done with my last year of being a teenager and I'm having to adult and that my friends has been an adjustment. Suddenly I need to seriously organize, whether thats my closet, my room, my planner, my desk, etc. I have learned that just because my room is pretty doesn't mean it's functional in my day to day life. Which comes into the 5 things I wish I did this time last year. 1. Have the files in my desk organized. Having paperwork and bills and other random little things in their own special home, that I can look back on when needed. 2.Cute backpacks don't always do what they need to. Mine broke within a couple months. This time sturdy, not "purdy" 3.Good diet. PSA: FRESHMAN FIFTEEN IS AN ACTUAL THING DON'T PRETEND YOU WON'T BE AFFECTED. I wish I would not have taken the lazy route when it came to food and just simply had healthier choices rather than the constant fast food. 4. Multi-task with your common sense. Multi-tasking in college is definitely a required skill, but that doesnt mean watching endless stupid youtube videos while studying, and playing video games with an open book on your lap. Multi task but don't be dumb. I hope everyone has an awesome school year whether you're going into high school, college, kindergarten, or your first big job! |
