The older you get, and the busier you get you have to find time to take care of yourself. Here are some things I enjoy to do.
Read the bible and pray. There is so much you can't answer on your own, and there's a neat book written . Basically a life handbook. Find quiet time. Whether it's to read, yoga/stretching, writing, painting, kicking a soccer ball around. Give yourself time to think with no one else around. Stretch and work your body. Make it move. Drink water. Putting your phone down at night and try to go without it. The anxiety of refreshing is real and not a friend. Girls, take off that bra when at home. No explanation needed. Deal with things and avoid procrastination. That just is going to build up and be a grey cloud over you. Be productive in a day. Reorganize the junk drawer, makeup, reorganize your magazine collection. Whatever it is, if your surroundings are organized it helps your Brain feel a little more at peace. Do what works for you!
