If you know me, you know my passion for podcasts, and that eventually I would love to start one.. but for now I just listen to them endlessly so here's a few that Im currently hooked on! Crime JunkieIf you are not new to podcasts, you probably have already heard of this podcast led by Ashley Flowers and Brit.. They cover a variety of true crime stories. They keep straight to the story, they point our attention to the victim, the families, and how to prevent and help prevent crimes like they report on which I love. They fund raise to support different crime fighting agencies. So definitely check them out if youre new to podcasts and true crime. Small Town MurderAlright this is my current favorite podcasts. However as you see above, each episode runs around two and half hours. But if you're alright with side rants and tangents these are your guys. James and Jimmy are two guys in Arizona who are so funny and a little off their rocker and cover stories from small towns all over America, they give deep background on the area so you really get to know the area before you learn about the crime which Is so fun. And as you can see above if you are local, their 200th episode was based around a murder here in Brownstown which is so fascinating to hear two people banter about downriver, make fun of Uncle Sam jam and the fact the city is called "Brownstown township". ITs also a comedy podcast so beware of jokes, but they don't make fun of the victim.. Something Was WrongThis is a new one I was introduced to through an episode of crime junkie, and there are around four seasons and each season is a wild story of emotional abuse, twists and turns. ITs chaos but it's wild and so good. It will have you on the edge of your seat. Piketon MassacreNow this is a wild case that takes place south of Columbus in Ohio. IT happened a few years ago so its still holding an impact in the area. This is a story I hadn't heard of before, but a friend introduced me to this and I was hooked. So definitely go check this out. Counter Clock season one and season twoThis podcast hosted by Deliah Diambra, its one of the highest quality podcasts I've ever listened to. she edits and researches so well its such a great quality. Season one and season two are separate stories that have an interesting connections... possibly.. Tom Brown's BodyA wild case, a sad case, and a baffling case. Another pretty recent case about a high school senior who went missing in Texas.
