If you know me, you know I love podcasts. I listen to all types from murder mystery, true crime, podcasts about cults to home decor and british mom podcasts. Here are ones that I talk about a ton and I want others to listen to. You can find all of these podcasts on Apple Podcast apps, Spotify Podcasts, or where ever you get your podcasts.

White Boy Rick

If you are from Detroit or are interested in a case of the feds abusing power then this is a podcast you NEED to listen to. I would encourage you watch it before watching the new movie with Matthew Mcconaughey. Get to know Rick Wershe Jr. without Hollywood and get to know the story from his point of view of from his own words. Its an incredible story with a tragic reality that the justice system isn't always protecting citizens.

Escaping NXIVM

This story broke the news a few months ago about a "self-help" company based out of New York and it's actuality of becoming a cult, and even deeper parts of the group into a sex cult. This podcast follows the story of Sarah Edmonson and her rise and escape from the cult lead by Keith Raniere. Super Facinating and a good look at human psychology and cults.

Dr.Death

This one is a tough one for me actually. This left me feeling pretty bummed out because it is a little different from other true crime podcasts I listen to. It investigate Dr.Christopher Duntch and the botched procedures he committed while operating as a spinal surgeon in Texas.

Ear Hustle

This podcast is a series of interviews with inmates at the maximum security prison, San Quentin. I like this one because it gives you different perspective and just another way to look at life, justice, and freedom.

They Don't Bite (With Jaron Myers)

I can't put it better than how Jaron does on his website:
"What does it look like to follow Jesus and have friends who are non-believers? Is it possible to have healthy, intimate relationships with those who are fundamentally different than we are?In this podcast, comedian Jaron Myers sits down with his friends to discuss how Christians have done this, and what we can do to better engage those around us!"
