Productive Sundays

Hey guys!

So something I've talked a lot about is organization and my love for it. Sometimes though I get to the point where I'm almost over organized and I feel like its become unorganized and I totally stress out over it. So here is what I’ve been doing to fight that and make the most out of my Sundays.

Start with a list. Make a list of everything you want to get done on Sunday. Even things like "Throw away water bottle" Because once you complete the list of 10-20 objectives, you will feel extra accomplished.

1. Clean my room!
This is the first step in clearing your head. For me, having an organized room goes a long way and it just help set the mood for the rest of the day. Just clearing off the top of my desk, dresser, nightstand, and things like that really help just make things look good, and keep your surroundings organized.

2. Change The Sheets!
Every Sunday I switch my sheets and wash the other ones. I sleep SO much better with clean sheets, and That also helps make up for my lack of making the bed. (Maybe that's not true and I’m just telling myself that.)

3. Do Laundry!
Wash the dirty laundry you have and hang all the clean things! Put on some music and just do it. I’m the kind of person who will fish outfits out of my clean basket of laundry and doing this on Sunday helps!

5.Plan out fits!
Look at the weather and what you'll be doing for the week to plan the best outfits. Some weeks I stick to it, this week I haven't worn one outfits I had planned out.  But It makes mornings easier and calmer when It's already picked out.

6.Meal plan!
Whether is for health or just to avoid the stress of choosing what to eat. I will make a list in a notebook or in my phone of different food things that work best with each day.

7. Shower!
Not just any shower, like a good long shower with all the shaving and body scrubs, and face masks and hair treatments, and teeth whitening. The whole Shebang. You will feel cleaner and ready to take on another week.

8. Set Goals!
I write out a list of things I may want to do that week. Like practice yoga, or workout, or watch a certain movie, or reorganize an entire drawer or piece of furniture. Set goals and follow through to feel productive.

BONUS: Fill you gas tank up in your car, clean out purse, clean out car, and even make a new music playlist for the week!
