In Michigan is perpetually cloudy and cold in the winter. It gets above freezing and everyone grills like its mid summer. But its being so cold means dry air and dry skin. So here are a few of my favorite things that prevent dry skin and help it if you do for your whole body. Hair to face to lips to body to legs, to hands.

Hair/Scalp: Clear! It smells good, gives a good lather and keeps your hair and scalp healthy and not flaking out on you. Also an Aussie hair mask can go long way when used sparingly but enough in the winter.

Face: Ponds. Its affordable, its at every store, and it just feels like magic putting it on your skin at the end of a long day of work or classes. I also use any Clinique moisturizer for dry skin. I do just fine with samples as well.

Lips:
Here is my daily and FAVORITE combo. Lush lip scrub in Popcorn and the lip balm in Lip Service. I use both year round and lip scrubs for me are a must, and have to be followed by a good quality chapstick or lip balm. And this is one of my favorites. Plus the lip scrub is edible and taste super sweet like sweet popcorn and is SO good.

Body Wash: Bath and Body works Sleep. This has essential oils and It is a nightly routine to put it on before bed. Smells good, its calming and great on dry skin.

Legs & Body: Okay ladies, as if your skin isn't already dry enough lets try to shave on top of that. One moisturizer I find to work and not burn my legs or irritate them anymore than they already are, The St. Ives Moisturizer. Its in a big bottle, its not super thick, it smells good and is awesome for sensitive skin. Plus Hydrating

Hands: Vaseline and it's specially formulated for hands and nails. One of my most favorites and its with me everywhere. Its currently in my car, and its too cold to go out and get it for a picture so heres one from the Vaseline website.

Now, there are plenty of other products that work wonders. These are just a few of the ones I used almost daily. Go test them out and let me know how you like them!!
